The purpose of Cuts 4
Kidz is to motivate, educate and
empower; children, individuals,
families, and communities regardless of
their social and economic status by
providing functional programs and
supportive services on a local and
national level.
Cuts 4
Kidz is a program designed for the
empowerment and motivation of school
aged kids between the years of 7-16.
Each child will be provided with a
backpack and school supplies. A hair cut
or styling is provide to each child for
a $10.00 donation. All proceeds from the
program will be used to fund future
events as well as other activities that
will help prepare our youth for succeed
in life. In 2007, we hosted our first
“Cuts 4 Kidz” event and supplied 150
kids with hair cuts, styling,
backpacks, and
school supplies. Over 200 children
participated in the 2008 event.
More-than 250 students were in
attendance at the 2009 event.
More-than 400 students were in
attendance at the 2010 event. |
