NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR BIDS
The purpose of this Request for Bids is to provide information to bidders
concerning the process of biding to buy-out five concession locations at
Denver International Airport. Retail and food concession bids are
being accepted for the buy-out of nine (9) locations or approximately 7,000
square feet. Each of the five concession privileges have a four year
revenue history. All bidders must demonstrate the financial capacity
to acquire the leasing rights to each location. Each winning bidder
must guarantee the City and County of Denver a minimum revenue stream
over the remaining period of each concession contract.
Concession Profile
This is the first and largest “multiple concession” buy-out opportunity
offered since Denver International Airport (DIA) opened, with a total of
seven locations. The concession opportunities outlined on this web

Additional information or documents will be mailed,
faxed, or emailed to you upon request. Contact RMD to
arrange for a tour of each DIA concession locations. The minimum
bid amount for each location will be discussed with each bidder before
a formal writtern bid would be considered by the Concessionaires.
All formal writtern bids must include financial disclosures and be submitted
to RMD via US Mail, fax or email.
Confidentiality Agreement
The Confidentiality Agreement between RMD Financial
Corporation and each Bidder must be executed, mailed,
faxed, or emailed to RMD before the financial history of each concession
location will be released. Each Bidder will be provided with confidential
business and financial information about RMD's clients upon the completion
and receipt of the Confidentiality Agreement and submittal of Bidder's
1996 and 1997 year-end financial statements.
