The purpose of this Request for Bids is to provide information to bidders concerning the process of biding to buy-out five concession locations at Denver International Airport.  Retail and food concession bids are being accepted for the buy-out of nine (9) locations or approximately 7,000 square feet.  Each of the five concession privileges have a four year revenue history.  All bidders must demonstrate the financial capacity to acquire the leasing rights to each location.  Each winning bidder must guarantee the City and County of  Denver a minimum revenue stream over the remaining period of each concession contract.
