1. How difficult is it to erect my building?

Answer: Some of our customers who purchase smaller buildings choose to erect their own metal building since we supply a bolt together, all-steel frame, which is precision manufactured for easy construction. Titan Steel buildings come with standard product drawings to help in the construction of the building. A qualified contractor or metal building erector should erect larger, more complex buildings.

2. What if I choose not to erect the building myself?

Answer: In most cases, Titan Steel Building is able to provide a list of independent contractors from which to choose. Many general contractors are familiar with Titan Steel Building.

3. Is there a warranty available on the building?

Answer: Titan Steel Building’s buildings come with a full manufacturer's ltd. Warranty. Please see your project manager or dealer for details.

4. Will my building conform to local building codes?

Answer: Titan Steel Buildings are engineer certified to comply with all U.S. building codes. However, your county may have specific codes which may effect the price of your building. It is your responsibility to ensure that your building complies with local building codes.

5. What can I do to customize my building?

Answer: Titan Steel Building has a wide variety of components available so that your building can reflect your personal taste and requirements. Our customer service people are ready to help you choose the components you need. Please refer to the custom exteriors page or accessories page

6. What if I have questions during the erecting of my building.

Answer: Titan Steel Building has a technical service department ready to answer your questions and help you through the process.

7. What kind of doors and windows are available?
