What an appropriate sign off for TCG (Exceptional Customer Service). How cool that the initials fit those three words. And as always I totally agree with the exceptional customer service. I have always, thru all the years, received that from you Nancy, and once again I am receiving it from you. That really says a lot these days. So many have forgotten the talent. 

  I just had to drop you a note and say “thanks” for all the help I’m getting from TCG. It is such a relief to know that I can call TCG and find someone in the operation who can answer my questions during this very hectic transition period. You are truly very fortunate to have employees like Lucy, Anne and Sinead representing your company. All three have been very helpful, knowledgeable and always, without hesitation, end the conversation with “call if you have any other questions”. And they mean it. I’m sure you have heard this from many of your clients, but thought it important to let you know that TCG truly does stand for Excellent Customer Service!
