structured in your contract to be paid by the seller
depending on your loan guidelines.
Choosing your Lender
- You may choose from one of BRG’s
preferred
lenders or one of your own lenders. By choosing one of
BRG’s preferred lenders you can be assured that the
process will be seamless and communication between loan
officer and agent is innate.
Performing due
diligence - Make sure that a CMA is
preformed for the house in question.
Inspection and
Appraisal - Inspections are critical to find any
