BRG's preferred lender is
Colorado Mortgage Holdings (CMH); because, of their years of
experience in getting mortgage loan applications
processed and approved quickly. Your CMH mortgage
broker will need the following short list of
documentation to ensure a smooth and fast closing.
Please gather these documents (copies OK) prior to your
meeting with CMH or a mortgage broker you select;
• Last 2 Year’s W-2’s and
Tax Returns (if applicable)
• 2 Most Recent Pay Stubs
and Bank Statements
• Reserve Statements, If
Available (All Pages)
- Examples:
401k, Stocks, Bonds
• Most Recent Mortgage
Statement (If Refinancing)
- Shows
Account Number, Balance and Escrows
• Copy of Drivers Licenses
and Social Security Cards (IDs)
• FHA or VA loans
will require more documents .
