Ken Barnes owned and operated a banking services and payment processing firm from 2002-2011, and is the principal of KENBARN|ES Global Advisors. Having consulted with firms across the United States and in numerous foreign countries, Ken brings to DRC expertise in both domestic and international business development. As a former resident of Beijing, he possesses an intimate understanding of the cultural and business norms of the Chinese marketplace. In addition to China, Ken also has extensive experience throughout Asia including South Korea, Taiwan, India and the Philippines where he operated a call center. His knowledge of Asian and European markets will assist DRC clients in developing and managing effective supply chains, and also guide firms through the BPO decision making process.

Prior to his work in business development Ken enjoyed a 10 year award-winning career in the advertising industry, and will utilize that background for the image development, brand management and marketing our clients. Ken holds a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Columbia University in the City of New York, and a MBA in Marketing from Philadelphia’s Drexel University. Ken and his wife Melanie have been married for 15 years, and live in Sacramento where they are both deeply committed to civic service.

Richard Daniel

Mr. Richard Daniel stated with the firm in 2008 bringing years of experience. Since 1989, Mr. Daniel has owned and operated RMD Financial Corporation, a Colorado based national firm engaged in acquisitions and mergers. RMD's primary focus is on concession acquisitions in international airports. Business valuation and restructuring services are also provided by the firm. For more than ten years RMD has been engaged in completing corporate due diligent services to investors. Mr. Daniel has seventeen years experience in commercial leasing and lending in the Rocky Mountain region. He has managed commercial leasing/lending portfolios which range in size from $15 to $60 million dollars. As the senior credit officer for the Colorado region of a five billion dollar national company, Mr. Daniel supervised a staff of twenty-five professionals in five states. Mr. Daniel's extensive experience in the media includes both radio and television where he hosted several talk shows which addressed business and financial issues.

The self-funded group insurance product was unveiled to five regions nationally and to five employer groups over six months. Mr. Brown started with the firm in 2008. He has been a Principal of Paladin Capital Group since its inception in 2001. Paladin Capital Group is a private equity investment firm based in Washington, DC with satellite offices in NY and New Orleans. The firm has $450 million under management primarily from institutional investors including public pension funds, corporate strategic funds and Taft-Hartley (labor union) pension funds. Over 25 investors have invested with Paladin including CalPERS, New York State Common Fund, City of New Orleans' Employees Retirement System, The Boeing Company, Siemens, Motorola, United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters, and the Service Employees International Union among others. Paladin currently manages two funds. The first, The Paladin Partners' Fund, invested $208 million in an opportunistic strategy covering a wide range of industries and is now almost fully invested.
