The purpose of CuTs 4 KidZ is to motivate, educate and empower;
children, individuals, families, and communities regardless of their
social and economic status by providing functional programs and
supportive services on a local and national level. At the
August 1, 2010 event, we plan to service between 400 kids.
CuTs 4 KidZ is a yearly event designed to empower and motivate
Colorado school aged children pre-K through 12th grade. Each
child who participates at the event will has an opportunity to
receive: a backpack, school supplies, a hair cut or style,
sponsor coupons and donated items provided by supporting
businesses in the community each year before school starts. At
this event, a guest speaker gives a motivating speech directed
toward the youth, to encourage them on in their life’s journeys
to come. Youth dance troops and singers perform to engage
participation of the children at the event. Prizes geared toward
young ones and vendor gifts are important parts of the event
