The Relative Care Program
This initiative is designed to keep clients
safe and secure at home by meeting the needs of individuals and
the families of the caregiver that supports them. The security
and comfort of care and support in the home provides the dignity
and independence needed in the person’s own home. The
program provides professionally supervised and monitored
caregivers to assure quality and adherence to state and federal
healthcare standards. Support is also given by assisting the
client through the application process to be in the Relative
Care program.
Residences Respite Care Home
Services
We provide support to families in crisis to
help keep disabled children or elderly persons’ safe, and also
keep the family intact. Our program provides time of rest for
individuals with a special need in a safe environment. Our staff
are trained and licensed to work in the state of Colorado
and have been working in the healthcare field in an average of
over 15 years. Guests are welcome to stay up to 2 weeks at our
comfortable homey resting place on a referral basis.
