Our Management Team
 Richard Daniel
President & CEO Mr. Daniel has seventeen years experience in
commercial leasing and lending in the Rocky Mountain Region. He has
managed commercial leasing/lending portfolios which range in size
from $15 to $60 million dollars. As the senior credit officer for
the Colorado Region of a five billion dollar national company, Mr.
Daniel supervised a staff of twenty-five professionals in five
states. He served as V.P. of commercial lending in the "financial
institutions market" of one of Colorado's largest national banks.
For several year he managed a $100 million dollar portfolio of real
estate development and construction loans. Mr. Daniel's
extensive experience in the media includes both radio and television
where he hosted several talk shows that addressed business and
financial issues.
Mr. Daniel received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer System
Design.

 Mr.
Charles Daniel received an Award for Top Finance Advisor from
Prudential Bank. He received from University of California Los
Angeles, Anderson School of
Management, MBE. Mr. Daniel has a Certified Estate Planner
designation and participated in estates of as larger as 500 million.
Also, Mr. Daniel is an expert in providing technical knowledge and
analytical support in the areas of entrepreneurship, estate
planning, business insurance, and Business Owners, Chief Executive
and Chief Financial Officers of corporations. Mr. Daniel has over 20
years of experience his will extraordinary actives are Co-Founder
and First President, Sacramento Black Chamber of Commerce;
California Participant, White House Small Business Conference;
Member, Million Dollar Round Table; Member, National Association of
Underwriters and Congress Business Adviser 2004 - 2009
Ms. Judith Martino, Senior Project
Manager Since 1989, Ms. Martino has provided management consulting
and employee communications services to RMD’s clients. She serves as
the training, and database maintenance manager for RMD’s survey
projects. She has financial and management expertise in the
entertainment, oil and gas, restaurant, and retail business. Ms.
Johnson-Knight has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Administration with an emphasis on management.
Michael Parson, Attorney at Law Management Consultant Michael has
provided consulting services to RMD’s clients since 1991, with an
emphasis on operational and management consulting. Georgetown
University MBA, International Business Relations, 1989. University
of Denver J.D., MBA, December, 1994. Staff member, Denver Journal of
International Law and Policy.
Annetta M. Wilson Financial Analyst Ms. Wilson has four years
experience in financial analysis and office management. She has
provided computer software, data processing and accounting training
to RMD clients since 1991. Ms. Wilson has a Bachelor of Arts Degree
in Computer Science. |
