 Richard Daniel
President & CEO Mr. Daniel has seventeen years experience in
commercial leasing and lending in the Rocky Mountain Region. He has
managed commercial leasing/lending portfolios which range in size
from $15 to $60 million dollars. As the senior credit officer for
the Colorado Region of a five billion dollar national company, Mr.
Daniel supervised a staff of twenty-five professionals in five
states. He served as V.P. of commercial lending in the "financial
institutions market" of one of Colorado's largest national banks.
For several year he managed a $100 million dollar portfolio of real
estate development and construction loans. Mr. Daniel's
extensive experience in the media includes both radio and television
where he hosted several talk shows that addressed business and
financial issues.
Mr. Daniel received a Degree in Computer System
Design.
Mr. Daniel as been recognized as a leader in the small and minority
business communities:

 Kevin Clark has a Masters degree in finance, and
Bachelors degrees, in Business Adminstration from San Jose State University;
As the senior vice president for mortgage lending Kevin has managed more-than $200 million dollar mortgage financing during his six years with our firm. Kevin Clark was a member of the Denver Broncos for several years, is a NFL Super Bowl alumni, and retains several NFLNFL performance records. Simply stated Mr. Clark is a man committed to success. Mr. Clark manages the mortgage banking division via the experience and strength of his management team, and provides his senior management with overall leadership and direction.
 Debra
Alps has a Master degree in Accounting and Taxation, and two
Bachelor degrees, in Accounting and Computer Information Systems.
As the Accounting Supervisor for a $520 million dollar public
company Debra supervised all General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts
Payable, Accounts Payable, Inventory Control, Collections, and
Accounts Receivable operations. She created financial statements
for four divisions as well as consolidation of the financial
statements. For Three years she served as a Treasury Supervisor
for a $320 million dollar public retail grocery company; where she
was responsible for the preparation of 10 Q and 10 K. Debra
Extensive knowledge of GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley requirements, and
database management and SQL programming make her a valuable resource
for RMDs clients.
 Angelique
Tucker is a former agent for Internal Revenue Service having
been a client service advisor, Tax Compliance Officer, and Revenue
Officer during her time with the service. She studied tax
preparation for individual and business taxes, as well as the
internal policy and procedures pertaining to enforcement rules and
laws along with interpretation of tax laws, and regulations. She has
taught case management, and enforcement procedures and now uses her
knowledge in tax education for tax planning and audit prevention
therefore increasing the amount of income her clients retain over
time.
 Mayra Rosa completed her undergraduate studies at Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey. She continued her legal education at Seton Hall University, School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. Ms. Rosa has provided legal advice on a range of commercial leases, concession agreements and public sector concession negotiations. She specialize in real estate, commercial leasing, and oil and gas matters. For sixteen years, Ms. Rosa has been dedicated to such professional service. She has experience with State, Federal and Tribal lands. Ms. Rosa mission is to provide RMD's clients with the highest quality in legal services possible, regardless of the effort required. Mayra E. Rosa was born in New York and raised in New Jersey.
Annetta M. Wilson Financial Analyst Ms. Wilson has four years
experience in financial analysis and office management. She has
provided computer software, data processing and accounting training
to RMD clients since 1991. Ms. Wilson has a Bachelor of Arts Degree
in Computer Science.
